Patrick Lichter, CO-Founder, President & CTO
As founder of KBT, Mr Lichter is focused on developing new and innovative technologies for patient monitoring, assistive technologies and cardio-pulmonary care applications. Mr. Lichter has been very successful in organizing multi-disciplinary teams for the purpose of advancing novel medical research. Mr. Lichter has an extensive range of experience in project management, design and development of microprocessor-based medical devices, firmware and application software, digital signal processing, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning for medical instrumentation. Patrick has a BS Electrical Engineering degree from SD State University and a MS Biomedical Engineering degree from the University of Texas-Austin.
Ann Pedretti, Controller
Ann brings twenty years of experience working with businesses in financial reporting, business/system process and controls, budgeting, financing, and cash/asset management. Ann holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a BS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
